Secluded beachfront resort on Bamboo Bay Beach
Location & Setting
Lalaanta Hideaway Resort sits at the southern tip of Ko Lanta on Bamboo Bay Beach, the last resort before Mu Ko Lanta National Park. The property is surrounded by tropical rainforest and offers a private beachfront with direct access to the sand. Guests can reach Klong Jark Beach and the national park's nature trails within a short drive.
Villas & Rooms
Each villa features hand-painted art created by a renowned artist, with designs that harmonize with the surrounding rainforest. Rooms are built as detached bungalows with private terraces, platform beds, and high vaulted ceilings. All villas face the sea and come with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Dining & Bars
Castaway Restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine and breakfast on a terrace with beach views, using local seafood selected based on the daily fishermen's catch. Ahoy Beach Bar offers cocktails, soft music, and a menu of Thai dishes and drinks. Both dining venues are beachfront, allowing guests to eat with their feet in the sand.
Pools & Beach
The resort has two outdoor swimming pools: an infinity pool with unobstructed sea views and a second pool at beach level. Both pools are surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and shaded areas with hammocks and swings. The private beach is wide and sandy, with a dedicated area for sunbathing and beach massages available on site.
Activities & Services
On-site scooter rental allows guests to explore the island, and the tour desk can arrange boat trips to nearby attractions. Beach massages are offered in a shaded tented area for 500 THB per 60 minutes. The 24-hour reception provides car hire, shuttle service, and daily housekeeping.
